📦 Return & Replacement Policy – TonerMartBD

At TonerMartBD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. However, if you face any issues with your order, we are here to help you with our hassle-free return and replacement policy.

🛡️ Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving the product if any of the following conditions apply:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or broken item
  • You received a wrong product or the item does not match the description
  • The product is not compatible as promised (only if stated clearly in listing)
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories and documents

⚠️ We do not accept returns for change of mind or items damaged due to misuse.

🔁 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used toner cartridges (more than 10% ink/toner consumed)
  • Opened packaging without valid reason
  • Products without original box, invoice, or warranty sticker
  • Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”

🔄 How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement:

🚚 Return Process

  • If your return is approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back.
  • The return courier charge may be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bkash/Nagad/Bank Transfer) or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Refunds are not applicable for partially used toner cartridges or if any product is returned without valid reason.
